HIGH HOLY DAYS CHILD CARE REGISTRATION FORM

Please reserve your child's space for child care during the holidays. We offer care for children ages 1-7. There is no cost per child/per session. We must receive your registration by September 12, 2025 in order to have space for your child. Please fill out the form below and submit. Child care is offered on these dates:

Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (Tuesday, September 23rd) @ Bloomfield Middle School from 10am to 12:30pm
Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (Tuesday, September 23rd) @ TNT from 9:30am to 1pm
Rosh Hashanah Day 2 (Wednesday, September 24th) @ TNT from 9:30am to 1pm
Kol Nidre (Wednesday, October 1st) @ TNT from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Yom Kippur (Thursday, October 2nd) @Bloomfield Middle School from 10am to 12:30pm
Yom Kippur (Thursday, October 2nd) @TNT from 9:30am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm
